Carl Allan
My name is Carl Allan, and it has been an honour to serve a second term on the Berkley Normal Middle School Board. As a dedicated local principal and long-time community member, I have remained committed to supporting students, families, and staff while helping guide meaningful progress within our school community.
Berkley has been an important part of my family’s journey. I am the proud father of three children — two sons who both attended Berkley and are now thriving at high school, and my daughter, who is currently in Year 8 and making the most of every opportunity the school has to offer. Having children who have experienced and continue to experience Berkley firsthand gives me a strong personal connection to the school and its future.
Throughout my time on the board, I have been passionate about building on the positive initiatives already in place and ensuring Berkley continues to provide high-quality opportunities for every learner. I believe every student has a place, every student can rise to a challenge, and every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, grow, and reach their full potential.
