Completed enrolment forms can be scanned or photographed and sent via email to the school office [email protected] Additional copies of the enrolment form can be downloaded from the Berkley website.

In zone students must supply proof of address. A telephone or power account or a tenancy agreement (dated within 3 months of submitting enrolment) is our preferred proof. We are unable to accept rates/environmental Waikato invoices or a sale and purchase agreement.

Applicants seeking second, third or fourth priority status may be required to give proof of a sibling/parental relationship.
