Kia ora,
My name is Ms Deegan and I am looking forward to a fantastic 2026.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, tending to my garden, and traveling in my caravan. I love challenging myself by learning new skills like playing the guitar, golf, and wake surfing, and I have a strong interest in history and environmental conservation.
I place a high value on overall health and wellbeing, believing that an active lifestyle supports physical, mental, and emotional strength. In the classroom, my priority is to foster an energetic, safe, and respectful space where every student feels confident to give things a go, support one another, and celebrate their unique learning journey.
I’m looking forward to the year ahead, taking on new challenges, and building a strong classroom community together.
