I’m Miss Rouse. I’m passionate about animals, the environment, and exploring the
world around us. I am thrilled to be Berkley's Science teacher and have been lucky enough to be teaching Science here since 2021. I’m always excited to investigate new ideas, conduct experiments, and discover how nature and Science connect alongside curious young Scientists.
Outside of school, I share my days with my lively son—we love swimming, riding bikes, visiting the beach, and exploring the world together. I also have a 6-year-old Hermann’s tortoise, whose favourite treat is hibiscus flowers, and who reminds me every day how amazing and diverse animals can be!
Science is all about asking questions, observing, and experimenting, and that’s exactly what we do in the lab. I can’t wait to meet all our lovely students, dive into exciting investigations, and have a year full of discovery, laughter, and curiosity!
