Nau mai, haere mai ki Rūma 22

Kia ora koutou,

Ko 'Whaea T' tōku ingoa. I look forward to being

your kaiako for 2024.

Welcome to Te Aroha, Rūma 7 at Berkley. I am super excited to be working alongside you for 2024. I am a Samoan woman, born and raised in Taranaki. I enjoy exploring the outdoors and have been lucky enough to travel the world with sports and my whānau. I love my whānau and I am the eldest of seven.

Our Akomanga

We will be spending an abundance of time together learning, adventuring, and challenging each other. In our classroom we have high expectations and want to achieve everything to the best of our ability. It is important that we work together, respect each other, and be kind. I look forward to working with you in Rūma 7!

Looking Ahead

There is so much to look forward to this year at Berkley, from swimming sports early Term 1 to Camp Aongatete. There are so many ways we can be courageous and take up the challenge. To our returning year 8s, I cannot wait to continue to build on the incredible learnings and achievements from last year. You are our leaders and the Year 7s are so lucky to have you all. To our new to Berkley students - Welcome! I will strive to make this year fun yet challenging, and guide you to grow not only academically but as well-rounded people, who care for the world around us.
